Homework Heroes - Autumn 1 - Week 5

 

This week, as part of our history World War 1 learning, the children were challenged to research all about the Battle of the Somme

and to present their information in a creative way. 

All children discovered many interesting facts and were eager to discuss their findings in class on Monday!

 

This week, the homework hero recognition goes to:

 

Liberty - who went above and beyond. Not only did she produce a powerpoint presentation of her findings, she also accompanied this with some fabulous WW1 posters and made the class some delicious buns - spelling out Battle of the Somme! Thank you Liberty.
